Charlie Green said that the folks with requirements in Baghdad were not offering enough dough for the skills packages represented by the average ExRep, I tend to agree with him on that.
In particular because I spent the last couple of days attending some factory training and was exposed to the level of expertise that seems available in the market place these days.
Some of us need to keep working, probably because of some bad lifestyle decisions (that seemed to be be great ideas at the time).
Is anyone interested in helping set up a Jobs Board or Jobs Exchange here on ExReps that will help those still working find assignments that are challenging and pay enough to be interesting.
I have not thought it through other than we have an amazing set of technical resources available to us, and we have almost 500 members who have their ear close to the ground in the industries they represent.
